HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT MOCKTAIL
NONA JUNE
Belgium's first non-alcoholic gin is based on 9 distilled botanicals, including juniper, citrus and a spicy touch of basil. You can mix Nona June with tonic, or give this alternative a try!
NONA JUNE & COLLINS
INGREDIENTS
• 5 cl NONA June
• 3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 cl sugar syrup
• Soda water
• Lemon zest/lemon slice
• Ice
• Extra: sprig of thyme
METHOD
#1 Fill a long drink glass with ice, pour NONA June into the glass, followed by the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar syrup.
#2 Top up with soda water and stir gently.
#3 Garnish the cocktail with a slice of lemon and/or lemon zest.
NONA SPRITZ
The first Belgian non-alcoholic spritz, with a perfectly balanced blend of distilled herbs based on orange zest and blood orange, with a subtle touch of bitter gentian root. This can also be mixed with tonic or given a twist with strawberries!
NONA SPRITZ STRAWBERRY SMASH
INGREDIËNTEN
• 5 cl NONA Spritz
• 3 cl lemon juice
• 2 cl sugar syrup
• 2 strawberries
• Indian tonic
• Ice cubes
METHODE
#1 Puree the strawberries, then strain them twice.
#2 Shake the strained strawberries, NONA Spritz, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Pour the cocktail into a glass without ice.
#3 Finish with tonic and a fresh strawberry.
