If an item does not fit you have 14 calendar days from the day following receipt of your order to return the item.

When you place an order on the Xandres website you have 3 options for delivery in Belgium:

• Home delivery or an address of your choice
• Pick up at a bpost Pick-up Point or Parcel Locker
• Pick up at a Xandres or Xandres Gold shop

Anyone who shops in our webshop and/or our boutiques with a personal account will automatically get a customer discount on their next purchase. The discount is 5% of the purchase value and is valid in both Xandres boutiques and online in our webshop.
