Delivery in The Netherlands

When you place an order on the Xandres website you have 2 options for delivery in The Netherlands:

• Home delivery or an address of your choice
• Pick up at a Xandres shop in The Netherlands or Belgium

International shipments

On the Dutch website, you can only place orders with and to a Dutch home address.

Would you like to have your order delivered to another country? Then place your order on www.xandres.be.

Returns

If an item does not fit or you do not like it, you have 14 calendar days from the day following receipt of your order to cancel the item. You must then return the products you wish to return to us within 14 calendar days. 

• Returns are always free of charge. You will find an adhesive return label and a return form enclosed in your parcel.
• You can return a product in the Netherlands via the Xandres store in Den Bosch or via a PostNL or bpost post office or postal point. You will see on the return label which carrier this is through.
