FALL IN TOKYO – LIVE ON THE RUNWAY IN ANTWERP

On 22 October, Xandres brought its Fall–Winter ’26 collection to Antwerp’s Napoleonkaai for an evening that marked a new chapter for the brand. Bold styling and layered combinations gave the collection a fresh energy. The front row welcomed a select mix of familiar faces from the Belgian fashion scene. The finale captured attention with a modern bride in a fringed tailored suit: a first glimpse of the Iconic collection, launching in December.

ALMOST SIXTY YEARS OF CRAFTSMANSHIP, ALWAYS IN MOTION

Since 1968, Xandres has built a distinctive signature shaped by decades of expertise in womenswear. As a Belgian fashion house, Xandres continues to evolve while staying true to its identity, inviting women to discover new sides of themselves, experiment with style and embrace their personal evolution. This is also the idea behind #neverstatic: to keep exploring, as a brand and as a woman. With the campaign tagline Ready to evolve with us?, that philosophy took centre stage on the Napoleonkaai. “Your style evolves with who you are. For this show, we approached our collection from a fresh perspective. Different combinations and proportions give familiar pieces a surprising new expression. We want to share that joy of rediscovery. We invite women to experiment and allow their style to grow with them, in their own way.” – Didier Van den Bosch, Brand Director

TOKYO AS A CREATIVE STARTING POINT

References to Japanese poster culture and fridges stocked with drinks from restaurant Roji brought the spirit of Tokyo to the Napoleonkaai. A city where extremes coexist and stories constantly intersect. On the runway, that energy took shape through unexpected combinations of textures, volumes and silhouettes. Checks, stripes and crackled leather met sculptural lines, fluid velvet and silk. Voluminous outerwear and warm aubergine and copper tones stood alongside precise tailoring. A sequinned skirt, the collection’s hero piece, took on a different character with each styling: a subtle expression of Xandres’ signature Mix & Match approach. The first pieces from the Iconic collection blended seamlessly with the Fall–Winter ’26 looks.

A BRIDE ON HER OWN TERMS

A fresh Xandres interpretation of bridal dressing. Head Designer Didier chose a fringed tailored suit whose movement gave the silhouette both strength and playfulness. To bring the show to life, Xandres joined forces with creative & production agency WMYH and internationally renowned design agency ARF&YES.
