The discount is 5% of the amount purchased and is valid for two years in Xandres shops and in the webshop. For example, if you buy an elegant coat for 300 euros, you will receive a 15 euro discount on your next purchase online* or in shop.
Please note that you will not receive a customer discount on products that are already on sale at a discount - e.g. during sales.
What about your customer discount when you return? We will refund the amount you paid and the customer discount you used to purchase the returned item will be credited back to your account.
