When you create an account, you enjoy a number of important benefits:
You save a 5% customer discount with every order that you can use with your next order online or in the store
You can easily follow your orders and returns
You can keep track of different delivery addresses
You do not have to enter your personal details every time you place an order
You can check how much customer discount you have collected whenever you want
You can create your customer account by clicking on the account icon in the top right corner or via the ‘Log in’ link. Enter your email address and the 6-digit verification code to set up your account.
You can add your delivery and shipping information when placing your first order, or update it immediately via your profile information, accessible through the icon in the top right corner on your account page.
Already have a Xandres account? You can simply log in with your email and the 6-digit verification code. All your information and order history will be immediately available.
In your Xandres account, you can see which information we have saved about you. For example, your delivery address or the orders you have placed. You can also update the details in your personal profile, such as your delivery address.
Profile – Click on the icon in the top right corner to get a quick overview of your information, including your name, email address, delivery address, and phone number. If you want to update the address where you receive your orders or invoices, you can do so here. If no address is entered under ‘standard delivery address’, your billing address will be used as the delivery address. If your billing and delivery addresses are different, please enter both. Make sure to double-check your details so your order is delivered to the right place.
Orders – Here you will find an overview of the orders you have placed at Xandres and their status. You can also view each order in detail, including which items you ordered and the delivery address you provided.
You can always update your customer information by logging in to your account via the ‘Log in’ link in the top right corner.
Once you are logged in, click on the icon in the top right corner to access your profile information. Here, you can easily make any changes you need.
Anyone who shops in our boutiques with a personal account will automatically get a customer discount on their next purchase. The discount is 5% of the purchase value and is valid in the Xandres boutiques. You can read all about it on this page.
As we’ve just launched our new website, it’s temporarily not possible to redeem your saved customer discount online. We’re working hard to make this option available again soon — our apologies for this inconvenience.
With the launch of our new website, we have introduced a new login system. You can now log in using only your email address. After entering your email, you will receive a 6-digit verification code. Use this code to log in easily and securely to the website.
This means you no longer need a password to access your Xandres account.
