If you haven't spent time with some Xandres items in a while, let them find love with someone else, because they deserve it. Bring them to us, and we'll do the rest.

Select the Xandres items you no longer wear and check they are still in perfect condition. Each customer can bring in a maximum of 5 pieces.
Make an appointment at Xandres Ghent or Xandres Bruges. Each client can book no more than one appointment per month.
Bring your freshly washed and ironed clothes to one of these stores. If your items meet the quality criteria, you will receive a voucher valid for the new collection at the Xandres stores and online at xandres.com. If your item does not qualify, you can choose to take it home with you or donate it to the Thrift Store via Xandres.

Your item must be clean and intact, i.e. free of tears, stains, holes, discolouration, snags and lint.
Your item must not show any visible retouching or be missing any buttons or other details. The brand and composition label should also be present.
Shoes, sandals, socks and jewellery will not be accepted.
Each customer can bring in a maximum of 5 pieces and book 1 appointment per month.
