Atelier Sauveur
LIMITED EDITION, HANDMADE IN BELGIUM
A luxurious, leather glasses case that only gets more beautiful with age: Xandres' latest Belgian co-creation with Atelier Sauveur. Only 140 unique, numbered pieces were made, making the item a limited edition must-have for your handbag. Minimalist and functional, with a sleek design and a subtle, contrasting closure. The timeless sand shade and deep burgundy give the pouch an understated luxury, perfectly fitting Xandres' aesthetic. Not an accessory to be replaced after one season, but a character piece that will last for generations.

In a world where trends come and go, we choose the beauty of the enduring. A story of craft, tradition and timeless beauty results in a refined piece of craftsmanship – handcrafted from Italian vegetable-tanned leather. This tanning process, which uses vegetable tannins instead of chemicals, does not only respect the environment, but it also enhances the material’s natural beauty.
“This is custom-made, like all of our products. Every hide is fully utilised, every detail counts.” - Atelier Sauveur

A PROJECT BY XANDRES LAB
With Xandres Lab, Xandres collaborates with innovative, like-minded brands and startups each season to make a positive impact. Atelier Sauveur and Xandres share a vision: to create with respect for tradition and regard for the future. The glasses case is a great example of this. ‘We believe in the value of what we have,’ says Els, owner of Atelier Sauveur. ‘Like Xandres, we strive for a conscious approach to fashion and design.’ Nothing was wasted in the creation of the glasses case. The leftover materials were upgraded into an additional, contrasting strap closure – a detail that emphasises the case’s finesse. Moreover, the workshop works exclusively with tanneries that carry the Leather Working Group label: a non-profit organisation that supports the sustainability of leather production.

ATELIER SAUVEUR: A LEGACY OF CRAFTSMANSHIP
The charming Atelier Sauveur in Aalst has been pursuing artisanal perfection since 1987. Els unexpectedly found herself at the helm of the workshop three years ago. A new role, one she embraced with open arms. While Els is building the future of the workshop and guarding its core values: craftsmanship, sustainability and timeless design, her son is continuing the family tradition. Designer Sofie has been a part of the team for seven years and translates the vision into thoughtful designs. The glasses case they created with Xandres embodies that passion, purity and authenticity.
The exclusive glasses case is now available in limited edition, online and at Xandres shops. The perfect match for the Xandres x Yuma Labs recyclable sunglasses, or your favourite pair.
